Role: Residential Care Worker

Salary: Up to £28,795.68 per annum (inclusive of sleep in payments and travel allowance)

Hours: Full-time, Permanent (42 hours per week, varied shift patterns)

Location: Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire

The Opportunity

Acorn Education and Care, part of the Outcomes First Group, are recruiting Residential Care Workers to join our teams within the Oxfordshire Region.

Steps, as one of our registered independent homes, offers residential care for vulnerable children and young people with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) and Complex Needs.

Our residential homes are friendly and fun, and though there are challenges too, everything we do is dedicated to creating rewarding experiences – for those we look after and for everyone in our team!

The home is based in Chipping Norton and is commutable from Oxford, Witney, Carterton and surrounding towns and villages.
