What are you going to do:

About the role:

You'll be a contact centre specialist, putting your problem solving and tech skills to good use to resolve customer cable queries and make sales on calls, whatsapp or twitter

Requirements:

We'll give you all the job specific training you need (We hate entry level jobs that need 5 years of experience too) but you'll need a few basic skills to thrive

  • A strong oral and written command of English
  • Decent technical proficiency (enough to use a laptop, send messages and use new tools when trained)
  • An empathetic approach to resolve customer problems
  • A natural, relentless and resilient sales ability
  • Willingness to commit to at least 1 hour per shift
  • Any experience in a contact centre or sales, a strong plus
