Role: Children’s Support Worker

Salary: Up to £30,577.92 per annum (inclusive of 8 sleep ins per month)

Hours: Full-time, Permanent (48 hours per week, varied shift patterns)

Location: Stamford, Lincolnshire

The Opportunity

Options Autism, part of Outcomes First Group, are recruiting Children’s Support Workers to join our teams within the Lincolnshire area. 

Southview is a beautiful 6 Bed Residential Home, surrounded by scenic countryside which will enable you to support vulnerable children aged 7-18 with social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH). This means that the Children we care for may have experienced challenging or traumatic upbringings and may have difficulties with anxiety, mental health or in some cases self-harm.

The home is based in Stamford and is within commuting distance from Peterborough, Grantham and surrounding towns and villages.

Our residential homes are friendly and fun, and though there are challenges too, everything we do is dedicated to creating rewarding experiences – for those we look after and for everyone in our team!

Options Autism are Specialists in Education, Care and Therapy for young people with autistic spectrum conditions, learning difficulties, complex behaviour associated with autism and anxiety and mental health needs
