Options Autism are currently hiring a Night Team Leader in the North Lincolnshire region!

Role: Nights Team Leader

Salary: Up to £26,994.24 per annum

Hours: Full-time; Fixed Term (42 hours per week – 7 day rota pattern)

The Opportunity

Our next Nights Team Leader will be someone who has: 

• Mandatory: Level 3 Diploma - Children and Young People’s Workforce or equivalent.
• Experience of working in a residential setting
• Working knowledge of relevant legislation such as Children’s Act and Quality Care Standards
• Experience of leading and motivating teams
• Ability to effectively train individuals and groups

Options Autism are recruiting a Nights Team Leader to join our team based in Barton-upon-Humber, Lincolnshire.

Options Barton School is a specialist 38 bed registered Children’s home and school. We support Children and Young People from the ages of 8 - 19 build incredible futures by giving them opportunities, developing their life skills and personal interests. 

This home is within commuting distance from Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Doncaster, Hull and surrounding towns.
