We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to OFG’s employees and managers on a range of HR issues with a focus on ER casework.

Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations casework support
- Provide support and advice to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations cases such as disciplinary, grievance, and capability issues.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, including performance management, training and development, and employee engagement.
- Provide guidance on HR-related legal issues, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring data is kept up to date and in line with GDPR regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience working in an HR Advisor role, with a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Demonstratable experience of dealing with ER issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex employee relations cases.
- Experience of providing HR support and advice in a challenging environment
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- CIPD qualified or working towards the qualification.
