Location: Bolton, hybrid, two days WFH remainder in the office 

Contract Type: Full time Permenant

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to OFG’s employees and managers on a range of HR issues with a focus on ER casework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations casework support
  • Provide support and advice to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations cases such as disciplinary, grievance, and capability issues.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, including performance management, training and development, and employee engagement.
  • Provide guidance on HR-related legal issues, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring data is kept up to date and in line with GDPR regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in an HR Advisor role, with a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Demonstratable experience of dealing with ER issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex employee relations cases.
  • Experience of providing HR support and advice in a challenging environment
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
  • CIPD qualified or working towards the qualification.
