We are recruiting a passionate Finance Administrator to join Yodel's friendly finance team based in Liverpool. The key purpose of this role is to help ensure the timely preparation and collection of all Client invoicing, whilst ensuring Company compliance and best practice processes are followed.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparation and processing of weekly/monthly parcel invoicing to clients.
  • Preparation and processing of weekly/monthly surcharge invoicing to clients.
  • Preparation and processing any manual invoices required outside of the automated billing system.
  • Ensure all pricing error reports are corrected for the weekly billing cycle.
  • Commercial queries and client queries resolved in a timely manner.
  • Analysis of weekly reports to ensure all revenue has been captured and invoiced correctly.
  • Audit of all rates and Sales agreements within Salesforce working closely with internal departments.

What you need to show us

The successful Finance Administrator will have excellent verbal/written communication skills. The key skill to this role is having an inquisitive and proactive approach to problem solving with a strong attention to detail. You will have great time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced changing environment. In addition, you will need to demonstrate the below skills/experience:

  • General administration experience within a high-volume operation.
  • Excellent interpersonal influencing skills.
  • Diligent and eager to progress within a finance function.
