Options Autism are hiring Adult Support Workers in the Flintshire region! No Experience Necessary!

Role: Adult Support Worker

Salary: £24,372.40 per annum

Location: Holywell, Flintshire

Contract: Full Time; Permanent (43 hours per week; 3 days on, 3 days off)

Options Autism are recruiting Adult Support Workers to join our teams in the Flintshire region. Our residential homes provide high quality accommodation for adults with autism, complex needs and/or learning disabilities. This would be an ideal role for those interested in supporting adults with varied and complex needs. 

The homes are based in Flintshire and within commutable distance of Holywell, Ellesmere Port, Prestatyn, Chester and surrounds.

Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure. Working in a residential environment where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, individuals are listened to, respected, and involved in as many decisions as possible.
