What are you going to do:
The role entails working 7 hours per week Monday- Sunday 1 hour per day, broken down into 2 (30 minute calls) within the clients home.
Having experience with care and dementia patients is essential.Having a good sense of humour is imperative.
- Administering medication
- providing meals (provided) just need to be heated and served
- light cooking e.g. toast, bacon and eggs
- Light housework, laundry, changing bedding, washing dishes and hoovering
- making sure that the client is washed and dressed daily
- shopping will need to be packed away.
