Job Title: Early Years Room Leader
Location: Syon Nursery, Isleworth
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a Early Years Room Leader to join Syon Nursery in Isleworth
We are looking for a Early Years Room Leader that will play a critical role in the delivery of the EYFS curriculum, care, and therapeutic input for all children within your allocated room. The nursery will specialise in providing care for children with neurodevelopmental conditions associated with Autism and, as such, all practice will be delivered with a therapeutic approach under the guidance of clinicians and nursery management team.
The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively, be an excellent team player and will be willing to step in and cover colleagues during times of absence.

About the Nursery
Syon Nursery is a brand-new nursery specialising in providing both care and education for children with neurodevelopmental diversity and will be closely support by our established regional clinical and wellbeing team. The Nursery facilities contains three separate rooms which holds a maximum of 15 children per room. Due to being a specialist nursery, staff ratios are matched to the children's needs.
