Role: Waking Night Adult Support Worker – Part Time

Salary: £10,940.80 per annum

Hours: Part-time, Permanent (20 hours per week, varied shift patterns)

Location: Dragonby, Near Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire

Some of your duties would be as follows

  • Perform nightly tasks such as personal care routines, going to bed, getting up in the morning and making breakfast.
  • Supporting individuals to develop independent life skills
  • Safeguarding of residents at all times
  • Accurate record keeping

Options Autism are looking for a Waking Night Adult Support Worker to join our team in Thorpe House. Thorpe House is a specialist residential service, rated CQC Good, which offers high quality accommodation for adults with autism, complex needs and/or learning disabilities.

Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure.  Working in a residential environment where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, individuals are listened to, respected, and involved in as many decisions as possible. 

The home is based near Scunthorpe and within commutable distance of Scunthorpe. Brigg, Broughton, Winterton and surrounding villages and towns
