Role: Senior Residential Support Worker
Salary: Up to £31,446.40 per annum (inclusive of sleep-in payments and travel allowance)

The Opportunity
Our next Senior Residential Support Worker will be someone who has:
- Mandatory: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or NVQ equivalent
- A big heart and passion to make a difference to the residents’ lives.
- Patience, resilience, and calmness.
Some of your duties will include
- Chaperoning children to appointments and activities
- Completing relevant paperwork
- Household tasks
- Administering medication
- Lead, train and develop new and existing care workers within your team
- Helping deputy manager to maintain a skilled and knowledgeable team

- Basic salary: £25,491.40 per annum
- Sleep ins paid at £45.00 per night
- Receive £500 just for joining us, plus another *£500 when you pass your 6 months’ probation, and an EXTRA £500 after 12 months***

Steps, as one of our residential homes, is friendly and fun, and though there are challenges too, everything we do is dedicated to creating rewarding experiences – for those we look after and for everyone in our team!
The home is based in Chipping Norton but is commutable from throughout the UK. As you will only need to travel to and from the site once every two weeks we have staff working here from as far afield as the North West and South East of England!
