How would you like to be paid for five days but only work four*?

Our colleague’s wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do at OFG, so we’re always looking for new ways to improve everyone’s work/life balance. We’re taking part in a trial of the 4-Day Working Week, meaning that you could be working one day less a week (or equivalent).

You will also support our education colleagues through training and consultation.

As part of the Clinical Hub, you will benefit from our commitment to clinical supervision, skill development and becoming part of our large, national team of excellent clinicians. Our teams work hard to maintain a nurturing and loving environment where our pupils can flourish by always putting them at the forefront of everything they do. All our settings maintain a strong safeguarding culture, and our pupils are heard, respected and involved in decisions that affect them wherever possible.
