Feasibility Analyst

Generator HQ is looking for a self-driven Feasibility Analyst to join our growing development team to both support and take ownership of various projects and processes. It’s a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, young company.

44 - 45 hours per week
Between £30,000 and £40,000 Per Year

What are you going to do:

  • Market research and analysis of hotel markets and performance trends including supply and demand metrics, pricing trends, and economic conditions to support the development team functions
  • Undertake financial modelling to evaluate the performance and investment capabilities of hotel properties across varying operating structures including HMA, franchise and leases
  • Conduct onsite due diligence and research activities as appropriate
  • Assist in preparation of RFP proposals, financing/investment packages and deal memos
  • Manage projects approvals
  • Prepare detailed reports and costs assumptions
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and oversee all trades
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Act as trouble shooter to solve any problems across departments and escalate to management as needed
  • Establish and maintain relationships with all project parties
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Ideal candidates will come from hotel school background such as IMHI, EHL, Hague
  • Experience on STR performance hotel data & target market knowledge
  • Good understanding of the travel industry
  • Proven Project Management Skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Structured thinking and ability to synthetize complex data
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Project to a good standard
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Genuine interest in growing as an individual and developing a skill set with the view to take on more responsibility with time
  • Good written and communication skills including fluent English

 

YOUR ROCK STAR EXPERIENCE

 

  • Ideal candidates will have relevant experience from firms such as Christie & Co, HVS, JLL, CBRE, Savills
  • Previous experience undertaking hotel/hospitality feasibility work is highly desirable
  • Understanding of STR performance
  • Relevant studies background and certificates
  • Global projects experience
  • Solid technical background, with sound knowledge or hands-on experience
