Edinburgh Fringe Street Food Team & Team Leader roles

What are you going to do:

At Panquke we serve up Edinburghs tastiest French Crepes & Belgian Waffles and have been running outlets at the heart of the festival since 2004.

You'll be working on our outlet at Assembly George Square, one of the biggest and best fringe venues. The job involves taking orders, preparing, cooking and serving Crepes and Belgian Waffles. As well as other general duties.

Full training will be provided, but experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

The dates are as follows below: Applicants must be available for the whole of the fringe period and ideally also the whole of the food festival period, but at least 4 days during this for paid training.

Food festival 21st - 30th July

Fringe 2nd - 28th August

8 & 10 hour shifts

4-6 shifts per week

Food servers upto £10.42 p/h plus tips
