You will be working on a wide variety of client campaigns where you will be responsible for the following.
• Making outbound calls on behalf of the client.
• Generating appointments / appointment making.
• Lead generation.
• Sending emails and updating client records.
The ideal Telemarketer will be an excellent communicator. You will be self-motivated and have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and demonstrate good attention to detail. The role will suit you if you enjoy talking to people in a busy environment. You should have an ability to counter objections, be able to multi-task and have strong listening and influencing skills.
A successful candidate will have:

• Ability to spot and identify opportunities and provide solutions

• Be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills and proven record of sales success
• Knowledge of sales processes and customer retention / customer care
