About the role
The post is located within Acorn Park School to join a well-established large clinical team to facilitate MDT working, consisting of Art Psychotherapy, Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy, and Therapies Assistants. The clinical team is embedded into the structure of the school which enables positive and effective multi-disciplinary working across the education and schools with accommodation staff teams, in order to maximise clinical outcomes for students. Outcomes First Group support the clinical CPD in the South Region which facilitates supervision and training opportunities to delivery interventions that are strong in research evidence base.
Working independently within the overall framework of the service policies and procedures you will work within existing MDT and Clinical Governance structures to support the services in future development and ensuring quality assurance.
Our clinical teams help to develop empowering environments where our pupils can flourish, always putting them at the forefront of everything they do. All our settings maintain a strong safeguarding culture, and the pupils we support are heard, respected and involved in decisions that affect them wherever possible.
We are looking for either local clinical talent or a relocation package to move to the geographical area. When it comes to looking after the people in our care, we strive for excellence.
