Options Autism are hiring a Register Manager in the Flintshire region!

Role: Registered Manager - Maternity Cover

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: Fixed Term, Full-time; (40 hours per week,  fixed for 8 months with potential to extend)

Location: Holywell, Flintshire

Essential: Full UK Driving Licence required.

Our next Registered Manager will be someone who has: 

• Full UK Driving Licence required
• A big heart and passion to make a difference to the occupants’ lives.
• Patience, resilience, and calmness.
• Experience of working in a residential setting
• Experience of leading and motivating teams
• Ability to effectively train individuals and groups

Options Autism are recruiting for a Registered Manager to join our team at Options Pen Y Bryn. Our accommodation provides high quality support for individuals with autism, complex needs and/or learning disabilities.   This would be an ideal role for those interested in supporting adults with varied and complex needs.
