We have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainer to join us at Outcomes First Group. 

We are seeking a Trainer to deliver consistently high-quality training and development solutions to customers that results in improved outcomes and provide specialist knowledge input into development solutions.

You'll also play a key role in communicating between internal departments and external parties, acting as a 'translator' where necessary to convey how information technology can support the organisation's needs.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the care or education sectors as well as mandatory trainings such as health and safety, first aid and have previously worked within a trainer role. 

We’re looking for a friendly and engaging approach to training. 
You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work alongside a wide range of age groups and abilities. You will be open to learning and developing your knowledge in existing and new subject areas.

You will be:

  • Experienced in delivering wide range of training activities to variety of audiences.
  • Knowledgeable of different learning need styles and evidence how these are embedded in course / learning solution materials.
  • Engaging in their training style, ensuring everyone is brought along.
  • An excellent communicator and an ability to work alongside a wide range of age groups and abilities.
  • Systematic in measuring results and checks embedding of learning.
  • Able to talk to anybody at any level and builds professional relationships effectively.
  • Experienced in supporting the creation of training materials, solutions and delivering learning that impacts behaviour. 

Although not essential, to be successful in the role you may be: 

  • CIPD qualified 
  • First Aid Instructor qualified 
  • Experience in Crisis Prevention Institute, Safety Intervention training 
  • Experience and gravitas of delivering Leadership/Management training 
  • School and Care Home ‘grass roots’ environment exposure
  • Exposure and knowledge of Ofsted and CQC standards

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, keen, and resilient problem solver, with strong communication skills who is engaging, and vibrant/ You’ll want to provide the best support to their colleagues and get stuck in with problem-solving and develop their skills.
