Options Autism, part of Outcomes First Group, are recruiting a Children’s Care Team Leader to join our team within the Stamford area.
Southview is a 4 bed residential children’s home offering care and support to children and young people with social, emotional and behaviour difficulties. We strive to adhere by our philosophy of care and our therapeutic provision by offering young children the chance to live and play on their own or in groups appropriately supervised by adults, thus allowing them to understand the importance of boundaries, structure and negotiation whilst giving children an actual childhood.
Southview is located in Stamford and is within commuting distance of Peterborough, Grantham and surrounding towns and villages.
