Full Time Trainee Sales & Ecommerce Assistant
Do you dream of running your own fashion business one day? We are currently recruiting for a trainee to work in our store in trendy Shoreditch, learning all aspects of running a fashion and eccomerce business.
What are you going to do:
Main duties will include:
- Assisting customers and make sales
- Ensure our store is welcoming and inclusive
- Assisting with the administration of our Shopify website
- Assisting with internet sales and postage
- Assisting with deliveries, stock checks and our Epos system
- Assisting the marketing team with social media campaigns
- Assisting with set up and dismantle of our two annual clearance sales
- Assisting with email enquiries and those made through our website
About us:
We are an established designer outlet selling high fashion, and discounted, designer clothing in store and on-line,. We pride ourselves in offering discounted fashion to a diverse clientele, and offer a personal customer service, that is unique to our store.
Abour you:
You will be educated to A'L standard or above and have excellent IT skills. You will be enthusiastic about fashion and style, and (ideally) have some previous experience of fashion retail. You'll be a confident character, with excellent customer service skills, and able to assist a diverse clientele. If you have a second language that always helps!
This is a one year contract with the possibility of a permanent position after one year.

Extra information
DPUS Designer Outlet store is based in The Old Truman Brewery Shoreditch. We are open seven days a week, including bank holidays, from 11am- 6.30pm. This position will require working a five day week, including two weekends per month, and some bank holidays.
The job holder will report to the Company Directors and shadow all staff members to gain an overall aspect of how a fashion retail business is run.
