Role: Adult Support Worker

Salary: Up to £29,967.24 per annum (dependant on experience and qualifications, inclusive of 8 sleep-in payments per month) 

Hours: Permanent, Full Time (43.5 hours per week)

Location: Kirkby Lonsdale, Cumbria

We want our occupants to have the best support possible, and therefore you’ll receive an exceptional rewards package including:

• Basic Salary
  •  Unqualified Support Worker: £23,796.24 per annum
  • Qualified Support Worker: £24,927.24 per annum
  • Sleep-ins paid at £52.50 per night
• £1000 welcome bonus *and an extra £1000 after you pass your probation (minimum six months)

• Supporting the occupants to appointments and activities such as shopping or trips out
• Completing relevant paperwork
• Undertaking household tasks
• Engage our occupants in tasks and activities

The Location
