What are you going to do:
Collingham GCSE & Sixth Form College is an independent college near to Earl’s Court in Kensington, London, which provides a ‘bespoke’ education to around 180 students. Our small, friendly administrative team is looking for a responsible part-time Administrative and IT Assistant to undertake a variety of duties. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking for a first job in which to gain a wide range of skills and experience and to start to take on responsibility for their own projects, as well as for those engaged in part-time post-graduate studies.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities (Responsible to Principal’s Executive Assistant):
· Handling administrative requests and queries from Senior Leadership Team
· Updating spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with student and staff data
· Providing cover for the school secretary in taking registers and answering the switchboard when necessary
· Assisting the Principal’s EA in any other administrative tasks that may arise from time to time
· Assisting with updating the website and posting to social media
