Options Autism are recruiting Night Support Workers to join our teams in the Flintshire region.
Our accommodation provide high quality support for adults with autism, complex needs and/or learning disabilities. This would be an ideal role for those interested in supporting adults with varied and complex needs.
Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure. Working in a support environment where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, individuals are listened to, respected, and involved in as many decisions as possible.
The homes are based in Flintshire and within commutable distance of Holywell, Ellesmere Port, Prestatyn, Chester and surrounding towns and villages
Options Autism are Specialists in Education, Care and Therapy for young people with autistic spectrum conditions, learning difficulties, complex behaviour associated with autism and anxiety and mental health needs
