The Role:

As the Senior Loyalty Programme Customer Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing our ambitious plans. Collaborating closely with the Head of Loyalty and CRM, you will lead the development, launch, and evolution of an innovative loyalty proposition that drives customer engagement and retention.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Shape and deliver an end-to-end customer engagement strategy, spanning various segments, channels, and categories, with a focus on enhancing customer retention.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of engaging customer experience propositions, working in tandem with agency partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Craft and execute comprehensive loyalty lifecycle journeys and multi-channel communications.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and agencies to establish industry-leading customer communication journeys.
  • Assume ownership of loyalty program budgets, revenue projections, and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Exemplify customer-centric thinking, translating insights into remarkable loyalty experiences.
  • Foster strong collaborations with key stakeholders across the organization, leveraging your influential prowess.

Location: 

We have bases in Nuneaton, London and Burton, and some travel may be required to all locations.  There may also be occasional travel outside of the UK.  We're a global, digitally enabled business and we expect our colleagues to be self-driven and to determine the most appropriate place to work each day to meet the requirements of the role, achieve their best performance and optimum output.

  • Proven success in cross-functional, matrix-based environments, adeptly navigating collaborations with diverse teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in data and analytics, leveraging insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Masterful at managing competing stakeholders and priorities within tight timelines.
  • A unifier of cross-functional teams, capable of harmonizing diverse perspectives.
  • Seasoned in project management, adeptly juggling multiple demands and functions.
  • Demonstrable expertise in marketing, underpinned by creative thinking and problem-solving finesse.
  • The perfect balance between visionary thinking and hands-on, pragmatic delivery.
