More about your role
You will be responsible for the operational management and the development of the Digital Marketing team at Places for People. You'll develop & lead a high performing, outcome obsessed, multi-disciplined team of digital marketing experts who will drive best-in-class digital marketing strategies and campaigns You'll also manage & develop key MarTech platforms and products. Please Note: This is an 'agile' role whereby you will be given the tools to effectively do your role from home, however, there will still be some requirement for travel to our Preston office for meetings and collaborative workshops and occasionally other offices around the UK when required

More about you
You will be an experienced strategic Digital Marketing expert who has the People and leadership skills to be able to lead a multi-disciplined digital marketing team.
You will have excellent working knowledge of digital advertising and acquisition methods, including Paid Social, PPC, Display and a good understanding of on and off page SEO. You'll have a solid understanding of digital marketing platforms, technology, and applications, with good knowledge of CMS and CRM systems.
Experience in managing and liaising with internal and external stakeholders is also critical to be successful in this position.
