New Business & Marketing Manager – up to £40k – London / Hybrid
Working with a fantastic and award-winning brand engagement agency, being an integral part of their new business team and helping the agency to reach and win new clients!

You will be supporting the New Business Director and the senior team with implementing the new business strategy. An exciting opportunity to really help to drive new business, you will be managing a mix of leads generation, alongside agency marketing to target potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the New Business Director in executing the annual new business strategy.
- Analysing data to identify target sectors for business development.
- Managing the lead capture process, prioritizing opportunities for the leadership team.
- Compiling materials for targeting potential clients.
- Responding to initial inquiries from prospective clients.
- Coordinating and preparing detailed Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Serving as the central point of contact for internal new business information requests.
- Assisting account handlers and the creative team in creating presentations and supporting documentation for pitches.
- Directly interacting with new business clients, arranging meetings and facilitating requests.
- Maintaining accurate client and agency information for new business opportunities.
- Updating new business status reports for the senior team.
- Providing quarterly reports on new business opportunities to the Board.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Coordinating various marketing activities:
- Creating case studies in collaboration with teams and the Creative department.
- Managing updates to the agency's website, potentially using Content Management Systems.
- Handling agency's social media platforms.
- Managing profiles on intermediary and third-party platforms.
- Packaging and presenting research for marketing purposes.
- Managing marketing collateral.
- Managing outbound Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and process.
Managing marketing award entries and league table submissions:
- Researching suitable award entries aligned with agency goals.
- Coordinating submissions to meet deadlines.
- Ensuring high standards for all entries.
- Orchestrating marketing activities aligned with departmental and agency objectives.
Key Requirements
- Proficiency in effective communication and literacy skills, including a strong command of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, is a must.
- Proven ability to craft concise, engaging creative copy.
- Ability to work discretely and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent project management skills, working within defined timelines.
- An inquisitive nature, continuously fostering a deep understanding of the ever-evolving marketing agency landscape and competitive dynamics.
