You ensure that the store team performs optimally and that customers have a fantastic experience. With your leadership qualities and commercial insight, you know how to achieve turnover targets and successfully create and implement sales strategies.
The role
As a store manager, you have a diverse and challenging role. You are responsible for leading the dedicated team, achieving sales goals and implementing sales strategies. In addition, you ensure an effective working environment, manage store stocks and ensure timely orders. You are also responsible for the recruitment, training, planning and scheduling of the staff.
You work in a lively environment where no day is the same. While you have a lot of contact with customers and help them make the right choices, you are also responsible for resolving complaints and making sure all administration is done with an eye for detail.
