The Events Assistant will be an essential part of our event execution team, playing a pivotal role in managing entry operations, customer service, and coordination with event managers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ticket Scanning and Entry Management:
- Responsible for scanning entry tickets at the door, ensuring that attendees have valid tickets.
- Manage guest lists and assist with the coordination of VIP guest arrivals.
2. Customer Service:
- Proactively address guests' questions and concerns, providing exceptional customer service to enhance their event experience.
- Ensure that attendees' needs are met promptly and effectively, maintaining a welcoming environment.
3. Liaison with Event Managers and Staff:
- Coordinate closely with event managers and staff to ensure consistent communication and clear understanding of event details and responsibilities.
- Assist in conveying important information and instructions to various team members to facilitate event operations.
4. Operational Support:
- Assist in ensuring that event operations run smoothly and efficiently, helping manage various logistical aspects.
- Contribute to setting up and breaking down event spaces, and support other operational needs as required.
