More about your role

As Quality and Improvement officer, you will support the Quality and Improvement Manager in their role to develop and implement rigorous and effective performance management processes to drive service improvements including monitoring and reporting on service performance standards.

You will be responsible for delivering on the strategic business improvement plan in line with corporate and service priorities focusing on delivering efficiencies and improved service user experience, delivering improved value for money and customer experience for the business.

More about you

To be successful in this role, you will be able to prioritise a large and varied workload and plan and execute work programmes in a timely manner. It is essential you have project management skills with the ability to prioritise and escalate risks and blockages.

A Strong practical knowledge and expertise in the implementation and on‐going development of Management systems would be advantageous, as well as the ability to use/understand a range of IT solutions adopted within the Group and experience of data analysis.
