Senior Account Manager/ Account Director – up to £48k – London/ Hybrid

• Working on projects which will include TVC’s, branding and events for a variety of clients

Working closely with the Partners, you will be taking your briefs and running them end-to-end.  This role will be a hybrid of client services and production, so an enjoyment of shoots etc is a must! Perhaps you have had your big agency experience and are now looking for something a bit more boutique that will give you the opportunity to take on broader responsibilities and really become part of running an agency.  Your input and ideas will be truly valued here.

What you will be doing

• Take charge of a portfolio of accounts, providing strong leadership.
• Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic, creative, and resource-related concerns.
• Establish trust and earn the respect of clients
• Supervise the financial management of client business, focusing on enhancing profitability and maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Implement improvements in financial practices, particularly in billing procedures.
• Contribute to business and resource planning efforts to ensure effective client support.
• Develop a deep understanding of the challenges encountered by each client's business, encompassing both internal and external factors.
• Analyse market dynamics and comprehend the broader consumer relationship with both the category and the brand.
• Stay current with the latest planning and media tools, along with print and production techniques and BTL and ATL channels.
• Collaborate closely with the Planning Director to identify distinctive and impactful insights and strategies.
• Inspire the creative teams right from the initial stages, ensuring their motivation and enthusiasm persist from the briefing phase through production and final delivery.
• Act as an impartial evaluator of creative work, representing both the brand's needs and the agency's commitment to producing outstanding work.
