Mystery Shopper

What are you going to do:

Tracsis Transport Consultancy specialise in quantitative research in the transport industry.

We are recruiting a pool of mystery shoppers to assess the experience of using CrossCountry trains. The role involves:

·         Planning the journey via the website or app

·         Contacting CrossCountry via Twitter with a query about the journey

·         Buying a ticket (all ticket costs will be refunded, or we can purchase on your behalf)

·         Taking the journey

·         Completing a survey documenting your experiences

This is a flexible role, which could fit in with your studies as we only need you to commit to a few hours each month on weekdays or weekends.

The work will give you opportunities to travel and we’re particularly keen to hear from you if you’re in Reading, Bournemouth, Southampton, Oxford, Coventry, Nottingham, Cardiff or Newcastle.

You’ll need the following:

·         People skills, as you will be interacting with CrossCountry staff

·         Basic IT skills

·         Highly organised to plan your journeys efficiently

·         Access to a smart device

Before you can start any work, you will be required to complete a Right To Work check.
