Integrated Producer OOH – £40k-£47k – London / Hybrid

Working with a great team of producers, developers and creatives, and reporting to the Project Director, you will be carrying out project planning, scope creation, resource planning, setting deadlines and monitoring project progress.  Working across digital, solutions and experiences this role will be fundamental in ensuring the delivery of quality projects within budget and to time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing Production from Brief to Fulfillment.
  • You will be overseeing the entire production process, from the initial project brief to its successful completion.
  • You'll need to handle various types of projects, including digital projects (linear, dynamic, interactive) and Solutions/Experiences projects (e.g., murals, special builds, and experiential marketing).
  • Under the guidance of a Senior Integrated Producer or Project Director, you'll manage all aspects of digital production. This includes creating scope documents, overseeing creative development, assessing technical feasibility, coordinating with the studio for technical development, conducting local and third-party testing, and ensuring compatibility with media owner specifications.
  • With support from a Senior Integrated Producer or Project Director, you'll manage all aspects of Solutions or Experiential production. This includes creating scope documents, liaising with creative agencies, overseeing the production process, coordinating installations, providing live support during events or exhibitions, and tracking the project's finances.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders are crucial. You'll need to engage with clients, creative teams, and production stakeholders to fully understand the project requirements and expectations.
  • Additionally, it's your responsibility to identify and raise any potential issues or challenges related to the projects, ensuring that they are communicated to the relevant stakeholders for resolution.
  • Continuously observe and assess the resource burn versus effort required to complete the project, with the goal of sustaining profitability
  • Give regularly weekly updates on the project's status to keep stakeholders informed about its progression.
  • Carry out post project analysis to further best practice learnings and development and future performance

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience of managing multiple integrated campaigns in a Creative and Production Agency, with expert knowledge of interactive and dynamic digital projects and 3D moving image production.
  • 3 years + agency or production environment experience.
  • Proven experience of managing 3rd party production with good knowledge of experiential, special build, and mural projects.
  • Fantastic communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects whilst consistently delivering to tight deadlines
  • Adobe CC
  • Proven experience & competency in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel (essential)
  • Ability to use PC’s and Macs
