Are you a bright and ambitious personality, looking for an entry level role into advertising?  This leading boutique agency are looking for someone who is a lover of social media – an experienced TikTokker who will throw themselves into gaining followers – as well as someone who wants to learn account handling and working across different mediums.

• In a small but perfectly formed team you will get the opportunity to learn all aspects of agency life
• Working on projects which will include TVC’s, branding and events for a variety of clients

This role is a fun hybrid of many aspects of agency life.  As well as running the agencies social pages, you could be finding music for a new social media film, putting together a print schedule or carrying out research for a new client pitch.   The person who will be right for this role will also be happy covering other aspects of agency life, such as organising team socials, learning about payroll and invoicing, and being first point of contact for the agency. 

What you will be doing

• Assisting to manage multiple clients and campaigns, being aware of and ensuring that budgets and timelines are kept to
• Running the agencies social media channels
• Creating daily social media content capturing what’s going on at the agency
• Helping to schedule project timelines, resources and briefings
• Keeping project finances up to date
• Organising all company social activities
• Be the first point of contact for the agency
• Everyday management of the company’s bills and invoicing
• Liaising with the accountants and the payroll team

We would like

• Some relevant work experience within an agency/ marketing role would be useful
• A definite love of creative communications and socials
• An high interest in creative comms and social media - you ideally like creating your own content and growing your followers and have creative hobbies
• A proactive individual with the energy and enthusiasm to become an integral part of the team
