Part Time Team Leader Leasehold Retirement Living

More about your role

You will oversee the leasehold services within a limited geographic area, ensuring efficient and professional management in alignment with contractual, legal, and internal policy obligations. Collaborate with the Services Manager to identify opportunities for service expansion and growth, meeting regional objectives and targets. Maintain a commitment to delivering exceptional services to customers, maximizing their experience across all relevant areas. Take responsibility for the service in conjunction with the Services Manager.

Please be advised this is a Part-time role at 25 hours per week, we can be flexible on working hours but will require the hours to be spread over 5 days Monday to Friday. This role will require you to carry out a DBS check if you are successful

More about you

You will be proficient in navigating the retirement housing sector while ensuring the safety and support of customers. Possess a comprehensive grasp of leasehold and housing law, service charges, and applicable best practices. Capable of deciphering intricate information and interpreting leases effectively. You will be able to demonstrates resilience and determination in handling challenging situations. You will hold experience in fostering positive relationships and influencing both internal and external stakeholders, showcasing strong leadership skills.
