YoungOnes operates a two-sided marketplace that allows businesses to find freelancers for short-term and often last-minute gigs. Last year, more than 40,000 freelancers found gigs through the platform and together they worked over 5.5 million hours. With a highly profitable business in the Netherlands (100 million in revenue), we’re now ready for the next step for our London team!

Responsibilities

  • In charge of the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • 100% outbound activity including calls, emails, messages etc.
  • Hold dynamic sales meetings where you educate your qualified prospects on the product and processes.
  • Activate your clients extracting revenue.
  • Retain your clients by ensuring a great first experience.
  • Hand over clients to the customer success team.
  • YoungOnes is a very entrepreneurial organisation leaving you lots of freedom on how you hit your targets and objectives.

Who are you?

  • You have at least 2+ years of experience in a full cycle sales-related role in recruitment/staffing agencies or logistics industry
  • You know London inside-out and have a great local network
  • Strong communication skills (English)
  • You thrive on ownership and accountability
  • You’re willing to roll your sleeves up and experiment with new tactics
  • You get a lot of energy from growing a business. You’re willing to test and experiment and are ready to think outside the box
  • You understand that the real work in any sales-related role is in the follow-up.
  • You go the extra mile and further to close the deal!
