Join a state of the art Spine and Chiropractic clinic in Sevenoaks, as a clinic Receptionist, and work directly with patients.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Candidates must have excellent communication skills and telephone manner,and enjoy interaction with clients.
Previous experience as a receptionist and/or administrator is preferable.
Experience of working in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook email.
Must be highly organised, detail orientated and able to multitask efficiently.
Must work well within team dynamics but also pocess self initiative to execute tasks effectively and efficiently, by themselves.
Candidates must pocess the confidence to initiate new business leads.
Candidates should have a keen interest in health and wellness and have an eagerness to learn and progress.
Candidates must have a willingess to build report with clients and always go the extra mile.
OVERTIME-You will be required at times to work weekends and after hours for special events. These will be no more than once a month. Any event will be organised well in advance. Any overtime work will be paid in full.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
Starting at £24,960 p.a
20 days holiday + public holidays
A quarterly performance bonus added to your hourly rate (this will be calculated based on the performance of the clinic).
