About the company:- ATK Solutions have an excellent opportunity for an M&E Asset Surveyor to utilise your expertise across a wide variety of sectors including Health care, Commercial, Education and Local authority buildings. Please note, training provided for individuals with a property, construction, trades or building services background etc About the role:- Identify, reduce, and manage all statutory and commercial risks associated with the surveying project Provide different types of asset survey, asset verification and asset compliance audits Reports formatted and sent on a survey template Producing technical and defect analysis reports Lifecycle costings Organise your week accordingly depending on workload, travelling to meet with clients Reports can all be carried out from home, with occasional meet ups with the team at head office. Ensure full compliance with project management policies and procedures What's in it for you: You will have the opportunity to work from home 2-3 days per week and site visits which provides flexible working whilst maintaining client satisfaction.
