Job description
I am looking for a Building Surveyor/Stock Condition Surveys to work for a Housing Consultancy on a permanent basis.
What is required for the Surveyor role:
Experience and knowledge of RdSAP
Ability to carry out stock condition surveys and EPC's
In depth knowledge of HHSRS and Decent homes standards

Building Surveyor responsibilities:
Maintain, update and validate the stock condition database.
Carry out regular site visits to ensure effective liaison with residents.
Report any repairs identified whilst carrying out surveys.
