We have an amazing opportunity for a Keyloop Kerridge DMS Manager to join the IT team at our flagship dealership in Stockport.

You will have a deep understanding of the UK automotive industry and will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Keyloop Kerridge Dealer Management System (DMS).

Manage and maintain the Keyloop Kerridge DMS, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Collaborate with the aftersales team to understand their needs and translate them into DMS configurations.

Provide training and support to users on the DMS system.

Liaise with Keyloop Kerridge support for any system issues or enhancements.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the automotive industry and DMS systems.

Work closely with the IT department to align DMS operations with overall IT strategy.

You will have:

Proven experience as a DMS Administrator, preferably with Keyloop Kerridge.

Strong knowledge of aftersales processes in the automotive industry.

Experience working with automotive dealerships or manufacturers in the UK.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A good general IT grounding would be advantageous.
