London (Hybrid Working) Permanent Full time Grade 3 We are market leader in the Computing hardware area, which includes Windows, Chrome & Apple operating systems and also our Android tablet business. However there still remains a huge opportunity for us to continue to grow, and we are increasingly looking to innovate and differentiate our range and proposition across the area coupled with a thorough understanding of our customers needs and reasons for purchase. We work closely with the biggest global brands, including Microsoft, Apple, Google and Intel as well as key brands such as HP, Lenovo, Samsung among others, and the successful applicant will be able to deliver key projects, objectives and propositions which align closely to brand, customer and category objectives. As Assistant Go to Market Manager, youll be right in the centre of our commercial team. Youll build, plan and execute our customer and commercial strategy and develop our business for future growth.This role is ideal for someone who is looking to progress their career in Marketing, preferably with a degree in Marketing/Business Management. You will be a lynchpin between functional representatives in the squad pulling together annual, quarterly and in-season initiatives and activities to maximise performance. You will also be working with suppliers to define marketing strategy, supporting with marketing campaigns and projects.

Key Responsibilities: Supporting the Senior GTM manager to ensure the category squad adequately understands the category landscape, including customers, competitors, trends, financial performance, range performance, threats and opportunities, to support the development of the annual category strategy Supporting the Senior GTM Manager to create the blueprint for the annual category strategy, helping define the guiderails for: target KPIs (CSAT, share, EBIT, stock), customer shopping journey, category proposition and the go to market plan Supporting the squad in landing all major initiatives, including major new product launches, new merchandising solutions and changes to the customer journey online and in-store Bringing appropriate analytics and insight from the online and customer team to support decision making related to day-to-day trading, events and promotions and range changes Meeting with suppliers based all over the UK, primarily around London Youll need: Good numerical and analytical skills to review data and provide recommendations/actions plans to drive sales, profit and cash Experience of working in a similar role within a category or commercial team Excellent inter-personal and communication skills Good working knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as MS Office workflow tools Were one team and we celebrate all of the great things you do.
