Our client, a well-known high-street bricks and mortar business, is looking for an experienced Divisional Manager to cover the North East. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior retail professional to bring a lot of their ideas and experience to our

client. The ideal candidate for the position will have previous experience with the Fashion Retail industry as an Area/ Regional/ Divisional Manager. The role purpose is to ensure that all actions are governed by Company KPI's and Objectives. To ensure that Store sales across their Area are maximized and that all company targets are met. Company policies and procedures are always followed and adhered

to. To recruit, train, develop and motivate all Store management to a pre-determined level of efficiency that is acceptable to the Company.
