Accountable Recruitment are working in partnership with a high-growth business in Deeside.
This business is going through an exciting period of growth and are subsequently recruiting for Finance Manager / Financial Controller.
This would be an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a new position that offers variety and progression.
Reporting into the Head of Finance you will have responsibility for the production of the companies Management Accountants, Completion of statutory accounts, VAT and liaising with the auditors at year end.
Job Duties:
Preparing monthly management accounts across the group
Cashflow management including forecasting
Produce accurate KPIs for Head of Finance
Quarterly VAT returns
Complete statutory accounts
Key contact for all audit
Managing accounting, budget, cash flow and reviewing cost-reduction strategies
Assisting executives with developing long-term and strategic business plans
Analysing company budgets to compile financial reports
Preparing financial reports on a monthly and yearly basis and submit to Board of Directors
Ideal experience
Experienced accountant
Able to successfully communicate with people at all levels, both financial and non-financial
Able to work on own and as part of a team
Understanding of management information systems
Multi-site / manufacturing experience is desirable
