Reporting to the Group Sales and Marketing Director, this role is responsible for the resales performance of the village sales team, delivering sales targets and commercial goals maximising revenue opportunity through exceptional sales skills across all sales processes. Ensuring compliance to internal processes and governing bodies is an essential component to the role Audley Villages have been successfully building and managing luxury retirement villages since 2007. Role Purpose The National Resales Manager is focused on driving growth through sales and KPI activity; supporting General Managers and leading the sales teams to achieve their resale targets. Through strong sales leadership, coaching and analytical skills this role drives results through motivating and empowering teams to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Understanding the detail across all key sales metrics, identifying areas of opportunity through trend analysis and creating a customer centric strategy to advance the sales pipeline to reservation through to completion at pace. Developing relationships with customers, the village team and local communities. Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Manage the resales team as subject matter expert to the sales process and achieving sales results Ensuring the sales team achieves targets through ongoing support, sales development training and coaching Through regular reviews and selling skills assessments aligned with the sales process, identify development areas and provide support and training Ensure a customer service excellence ethos is evident through metrics, discovery and sales conversions Be expert in local market, competition and customer demographic data Ensure compliance of the sales process, Money Laundering, adherence to the ARCO code and integrity of CRM data Ensure the sales team is fully compliant in all aspects of the sales process, pricing/fees and core explanation of services Advocate and lead by example collaborate team working across the matrix of care, operations, marketing and sales, creating a highly motivated environment Creating ideas for new events and ensuring the team organise and run the events successfully. Be an ambassador for the company values and leadership behaviours In person presence at the Villages to maintain and build relationships with stakeholders, team and customers Ensuring all villages services, products and offerings are in line with customer needs. Validate the quality of sales activity across each metric area through analyzing sales reporting, provide feedback and work towards continuous improvement Recruit, onboard, train and develop the sales team identifying performance opportunities creating a personal development plan To understand the market local to the village location. Research the general housing market status and opportunities to attract new leads to the Audley brand. To network with local and relevant business partners and relevant new/future customer forums that will allow and optimise the marketing opportunity for the village, this includes the management of the sales website that is bespoke and specific to the village assigned. To demonstrate and share to the local management and specialist supporting team a whole village approach. To engage all team members in their role that contributes to the future and new customer sales. Overall accountability for all new leads from end to end, provide regular updates on each sales prospect To work cohesively with the marketing teams to ensure that the plans are fit for the locality of the village. To escalate any changes of extreme success or non-impact to sales performance and contribute to the development or amended sales and marketing plans as required. To manage and facilitate productive sales meetings with clear next steps and timelines to move forward To report accurately on sales performance v targets with supporting narrative and information to explain the sales status within the required timelines. Key Skills & Requirements: Commercially astute with experience in a professional business development environment delivering results and achieving targets in a leadership role Be able to demonstrate your approach to compliance and sales processes Highly analytical being able to identify areas of opportunity and maximise areas of success Experience in a consultative sales environment Experienced in leading a defined sales strategy that delivers business growth Proven track record of operating successfully and making decisions with minimal support and supervision Able to adapt approach and communication style depending on audience in order in influence effectively A proven track record in delivering results through coaching and sales leadership Experience of building robust and constructive relationships that engage both local relevant organisations, forums and future customer networks Ability to analyse data and create sales plans to continuously exceed sales performance Able to demonstrate resilience and negotiation skills Proven experience in building teams through leadership, coaching and mentoring Focused on delivering a high level of customer service Experience in the property sector would be desirable To capture and reflect the organisation values and behaviours Full clean driving licence with business travel insurance AV_CHP Audley Group is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
