EPRR Manager

Woodrow Mercer Healthcare are currently recruiting for a EPRR Manager to support a trust based in the West Midlands. We are currently looking for someone to work full time on a hybrid 3/4 days onsite a week basis, outside IR35 and to start 5th of February and the contract will be for 3 months. This is a great opportunity to join a trust in embarking on a large transformation programme to help shape and deliver a more efficient organisation for the patients it serves. Job responsibilities: Responsible for leading the development and implementation of all arrangements relating to the organisation's preparedness for, and resilience to, significant incidents and emergencies as defined in the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 (CCA). This includes business continuity and other resilience planning arrangements. To provide leadership in business continuity/emergency planning, Trust policy and procedure development. The post holder will be expected to make a significant contribution to the overall success of the services in implementing strategic vision and strategy within their area of responsibility and ensuring these are delivered through clear objectives and targets. The post holder will also be responsible for the representation of the organisation in the health economy EPRR planning groups and for supporting the work streams arising from those.
