Work as a Commercial Manager in Bolton

Their comprehensive range of services includes dispute management, quantity surveying, project management, fund monitoring, building surveying, corporate services, and insurance services, they provide a holistic approach to meet each client's unique needs.
They have a wealth of varied and extensive project experience spanning across multiple sectors including residential, education, industrial, commercial, retail, healthcare, and leisure.
They are now recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join their surety advice team.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
Chartered QS
10-15 years' experience with Tier 1 / 2 main contractor
Claims experience preferred.
Some PQS experience would be beneficial.
Ability to work in challenging environment on multiple matters involving construction insolvencies.
Training will be given in the specific field of surety, but a sound commercial manager experience is fundamental to the role.
Outgoing personality
Good literacy skills, ability to construct narrative reports.
Prospect of quick promotion within a new formed team serving the surety market.
