Work as a Maintenance Fire Alarm Engineer in South East London
Location: South East London (Mobile, various sites across London)
Salary: £38,000 - £43,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Maintenance Fire Alarm Engineer with a knack for electrical systems? Do you thrive in a mobile role, visiting different sites across London? If so, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Conduct fire alarm testing, fault finding, and repairs.
Perform AOV (Automatic Opening Vent) testing, fault finding, and repairs.
Execute minor electrical works, including replacing light fittings if required.
Carry out general Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) works, stepping in to cover other engineers if necessary.
Be available for in-hours call-outs as required.
Requirements:
Electrical experience is essential.
Familiarity with fire alarm systems such as Ampac, Advanced, GENT, Novenco, SE Controls, and FDS is highly beneficial.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair fire alarm and AOV systems effectively.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude towards work.
