Work as a Fire Stopping Project Manager in London
PSR Solutions are working with a Fire Stopping Specialist contractor who are looking to appoint a Fire Stopping Project Manager to Monitor the progress of fire protection installations on a permanent basis.
Duties:
Conducting regular site inspections to verify compliance with regulations, standards, and project requirements.
Oversee the testing and commissioning of fire protection systems, ensuring proper documentation of results.
Ensure a high quality of HSEQ management is promoted and adhered to
Plan and manage their project in-line with key performance indicators
Maintain high quality communication with the client
Co-ordinate temporary and permanent works design including obtaining the required certificates,
Develop Client Progress Reports, Accounts, budgets etc. in a timely manner,
Measurement and valuation of works complete on site (in collaboration with the project quantity surveyor where appropriate),
Develop and maintain client relationships to promote new business.
Requirements:
Experience working in a similar position within a fire stopping or fit out experience
Have the necessary degree and management qualification
In-date SMSTS and CSCS
IFC, BM TRADA, FIREAS or LPCB certifications (preferred though not necessarily essential)
