Are you looking for a new position working as a Digital Operations Manager for our client based in Hertfordshire?
Our client based in Hertfordshire is a successful, growing IT company specialising in network design implementation and support. They have a wide customer base across a range of sectors, they have a focus on selling to the public and education sector, including universities, schools, NHS trusts, research councils and museums.
The successful applicant will take the lead within digital services on all aspects relating to IT operational delivery.
Main Duties:
You will support the board and other key stakeholders in providing sound technical leadership in all aspects of digital technology and service delivery to provide quality digital services to our staff and customers.
To develop and maintain the digital technical strategies for initiating and managing when required development projects to refresh or implement new systems and infrastructure.
To develop relevant policies and procedures according to defined standards and monitor overall adherence.
To manage all digital procurement ensuring our clients adequate budget is provisioned and spent achieving best value.
To managing and maintaining new and existing maintenance contracts.
To engage and assist employees and onsite guests with IT queries and issues.
