Hyde is looking to recruit a Service Charge Manager.

As a Service Charge Manager at Hyde, you will be leading the Service Charge Team to deliver accurate service charges for Hyde's properties. You will play a crucial role in managing team performance, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, and contributing to the financial stability and reputation of Hyde.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the service charge team.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive team environment.
Identify and provide ongoing training to ensure the team has necessary skills and knowledge.
Set clear goals, monitor performance against KPIs, and conduct regular reviews.
Stay updated on regulations, legislate, and develop service charge policies in line with laws and regulations.
Lead the annual estimate setting and statement production for the team, ensuring accuracy and strict deadlines.
Skills and Experience Required
Minimum 3 years of management experience in a service charge calculations and compliance role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of financial analysis and risk mitigation in service charge processes.
Ability to manage end-to-end administration of service charges, including budgeting, reconciliation, and customer interactions.
